Installation and troubleshooting of hydraulic control system for hydraulic cutting press machine

(1) Pay attention to the following points during installation and troubleshooting:
a) Verify that the servo valve model in the hydraulic control system of the hydraulic cutting machine meets design specifications, confirm the dynamic and static performance of the factory-installed servo valve, and ensure complete performance test documentation.
b) Verify that the servo amplifier's model and technical specifications meet design requirements, with adjustable parameters compatible with the servo valve in use.
c) Verify the control coil configuration of the electro-hydraulic servo valve—whether in series, parallel, or differential mode—and confirm which configuration meets the design specifications.
d) whether the model and connection mode of feedback sensors (such as displacement, force, speed and other sensors) meet the design requirements, especially pay attention to the accuracy of sensors, which directly affects the control accuracy of the system;
e) Check whether the oil source pressure and stability meet the design requirements. If the system has an accumulator, check the charging pressure.
(2) The hydraulic cylinder used in the hydraulic control system of the hydraulic cutting machine should be a low friction hydraulic cylinder. The minimum starting pressure should be measured before installation as the basis for future inspection of the hydraulic cylinder.
(3) Before the hydraulic control system of the hydraulic cutting machine is formally operated, the gas should be carefully removed, otherwise it will have a great impact on the stability and stiffness of the system.
(4) The hydraulic control system of the hydraulic cutting machine should be adjusted before the official use of the system. It can be done as follows:
a) Zero adjustment, including zero adjustment of servo valve and servo amplifier. In order to adjust the zero position of the system, bias voltage is sometimes added;
b) System static test, to determine the static relationship between the controlled parameter and the command signal, adjust the reasonable amplification, usually the greater the amplification, the smaller the static error, the higher the control accuracy, but easy to cause system instability;
c) Dynamic testing of the system, using dynamic testing instruments, usually requires measuring the system stability, frequency response and error, to determine whether it can meet the design requirements. The dynamic and static test records of the system can be used as the basis for the future evaluation of the system's operating conditions.
(5) After the hydraulic control system of the hydraulic cutting machine is put into operation, the following recorded data should be checked regularly: oil temperature, oil pressure, oil pollution degree; operation stability, zero deviation of the executive mechanism, and the tracking of the signal by the executive element.

 

Hydraulic control system troubleshooting for hydraulic cutting press machine

1. The actuator does not act after the hydraulic cutting machine’s control signal input system is executed
1) Check whether the hydraulic cutting machine system oil pressure is normal, and judge the working condition of the hydraulic pump and relief valve.
2) Check whether the actuator is locked.
3) Check whether the input and output electrical signals of the servo amplifier are normal, and judge its working condition.
4) Check whether the hydraulic output of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is normal when the electrical signal has input and change, so as to judge whether the electro-hydraulic servo valve is normal. Servo valve faults should generally be handled by the manufacturer.
2. After the control signal input system of the hydraulic cutting machine, the actuator moves to the bottom in a certain direction
1) Check whether the sensor is connected to the system.
2) Check whether the output signal of the sensor and the servo amplifier are incorrectly connected into positive feedback.
3) Check for possible internal feedback faults in the servo valve of the hydraulic cutting machine.
