Solution for high oil temperature in hydraulic cutting machine system:
1. Cut the oil in the oil tank is insufficient. Refuel and increase the oil tank;
2. Set the pressure too high and adjust the pressure appropriately;
3. The components of the unloading circuit, such as the relief valve, unloading valve, and pressure relay, are malfunctioning. Correct the abnormal operation of each component.
4. The valve leakage is large, and the unloading time is short. When repairing the valve leakage is large, consider not to use the valve of large specification;
5. Need to install the cooler, the capacity of the cooler is insufficient, the cooler has a fault, the inlet water valve works poorly, the water is insufficient, the oil temperature automatic adjustment device has a fault. Install the cooler, increase the capacity of the cooler, repair the fault of the cooler, repair the valve, increase the water, repair the temperature adjustment device;
6. When high pressure with small flow rate or low pressure with large flow rate occurs, do not use the relief valve to overflow the circuit. Instead, use a relief valve and a variable pump.
7. The accumulator capacity of the cutting machine is insufficient or there is a fault. Replace the accumulator or repair the accumulator.
8. The adjustment value of the unloading circuit element is not appropriate, and the unloading time is short. Adjust again to extend the unloading time;
9. Due to low viscosity or pump failure, the internal leakage of the pump is increased, and the temperature of the pump housing is increased. Change the oil, repair or replace the hydraulic pump;
10. The structure of the oil tank is unreasonable. Improve the structure to make the temperature rise around the oil tank uniform;
11. The remote control port of the relief valve shows excessive throttling, resulting in high residual pressure during unloading. Adjust accordingly.
12. Influenced by nearby heat sources, the radiant heat is large. Use heat insulation material or reflector plate or change the arrangement place; set up ventilation and cooling devices, etc., and select appropriate working oil.
