How to solve: the general pressure is not uniform before and after the depth is different, the left and right depth is not the same and the whole large area depth is not the same as several kinds. 1. Basic maintenance:
1, the oil pressure cutting machine table should be often wiped clean, can not be stained with lubricating oil, so as not to cut objects touched, affect the appearance of the finished product.
2, cut the board can not leave debris, or stained with lubricating oil, it is best to clean every day, to keep clean.
3, fill in the lubricating oil should pay attention to not touch other parts, if it must be wiped clean.
4. After the cutting machine is used, be sure to clean up the surrounding area to keep the machine clean.
2. Fine maintenance:
1. When using the oil pressure cutting machine, pay attention to whether the lubricating oil in the oil can is still displayed. If not, there is no lubricating oil, please fill in the lubricating oil again.
2. When sending the lubricating oil into the four sliding shaft, just shake the handle back and forth.
3, hydraulic oil is recommended to use 68 # or 46 # hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil is generally replaced once a year.
